UN Global Goals
The UN’s Global Goals for Sustainable Development were adopted by world leaders at the UN Summit in New York on September 25, 2015. This historic agreement set out an ambitious and transformative agenda for global development. The goals came into effect on January 1, 2016, and by 2030 they aim to guide the world toward more sustainable progress for both people and the planet.
The Global Goals consist of 17 main goals and 169 targets. Together, they commit all 193 UN member states to eradicate poverty and hunger, reduce inequality, ensure quality education and healthcare for all, promote decent work, and foster sustainable economic growth. They also emphasize peace, security, strong institutions, and international partnerships—recognizing that social, economic, and environmental development are deeply interconnected and require a holistic approach.
At Techon7Group, we focus on two of the Global Goals where we can make the greatest positive impact within our industry: electronics production. Through this focus, we contribute to advancing sustainable development in areas where our expertise and actions matter most.
We provide reliable quality products that can be used in a sustainable and robust infrastructure. Our products and sub-components have a long life time, and spare parts can be purchased, so that the products can be maintained and updated, and vital parts can thus be reused and updated. An important product under this goal is our TECHON7 Industrial computers - FT series, where we work directly with refurb of the products, and resell used and updated products. This contributes positively to our products being recycled and thus not burdening the environment unnecessarily.

RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION AND PRODUCTION
Effective management of our common natural resources, and the way we dispose of toxic waste and pollutants, are important objectives for achieving this goal. TECHON7 recycles all possible components and reduces waste as much as possible. Waste disposal takes place dedicatedly, so that discarded products are passed on to companies and / or organizations, who can recycle them in a new products and productions. This applies, for example, to plastic, metal, and cardboard.
